Dear Pirates,
We are organizing a fully arranged sailing trip. We can take the ‘Antigua’ from Harlingen (24 April 2020) to Bodø (5 May 2020) in Norway. As you know, this is where Arjen Kamphuis disappeared.
We would like as many Pirates from different countries as possible to come along and get to know each other.
The intention is to fill 16 huts. The huts can accommodate 2 people. The cheapest costs 800 euro per person, the more expensive 990 euro per person, all-in. If you want to have a cabin for yourself, you can – in that case you pay 1200 euros for a standard cabin. The return trip can be made by plane – for the Dutch this will mean a flight from Bodø via Oslo to Amsterdam for 114 euros.
If we can’t get the boat full, the Tall Ship Company will start looking for passengers for the remaining cabins within 2 weeks. Of course we prefer a boat full of Pirates, so it would be nice if we could get all the applications before 1 October. [Deadline extended to January 1st, see first comment under this article]

Thank you for signing up for the Sea Sail Trip to Bodø! At this moment 13 people have already signed up. The agreement with the Tall Ship Company to have the Antigua full by October 1st has been changed to January 1st. If at least 13 more pirates register, we will have the ship exclusively for ourselves. So it is important that people are actively recruited. Please ask pirates from your circle of acquaintances to sail with us!

PPI member Raymond Johansen lives in Bodø and has invited us there. We are still discussing the exact plan with him. We would like to hear from you if you want to fly back from Bodø immediately on arrival, or if you would like to meet Raymond.
FAQ:
– Is the mentioned amount per person or per cabin?
The amounts mentioned are per person: 800 euros per person for a standard cabin with a bunk bed, 1200 euros to sleep alone in a standard cabin and 990 euros per person for a luxury cabin with 2 single beds.
– Do I have to arrange the return flight myself?
In order not to make the organisation too complicated, we would like to ask you to arrange the return flight yourself.
– What are the scheduled arrival and departure times?
The journey starts on april 24 2020 at 19.00 hours in Harlingen and ends on may 5 at 10.00 hours in Bodo. Please note that these times may depend on the weather.
– What is the route and where will we moor?
After leaving Harlingen we will try to get to the Norwegian coast as soon as possible.
Depending on how much time there is left, we will call at 1 or 2 other ports in Norway, before we arrive in Bodø.
– Are there any extra costs?
We will probably have to arrange transport to the airport in Bodø. On board, only drinks will have to be paid for.
– What kind of catering is included in the price?
Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Around 10:00 Coffee and some cookie/cake, around 15:00 tea time. Coffee, tea, water and fruit are available all day. Vegetarian cooking is possible.
– Do I need a passport or is a national identity card sufficient?
A national identity card of an EU country is sufficient.
– Is there WiFi on board?
No, there is no WiFi and there is no cellular coverage at sea. This means that there will be no internet connection on board.
